How far can concrete be pumped?
We are able to provide a ground line pump that can reach over 150 metres so it’s a great method of delivering concrete to hard-to-reach areas. Furthermore, it is often possible for this to be extended even further. If you’ve got specific requirements for an extra-long reach, then please get in touch to talk through your exact requirements.
How is it pumped?
Our concrete is pumped using a hydraulic pump. This pushes the drive cylinder pistons back and forth so that the concrete is pushed down the pipe to be delivered to the location where you need it. Our pipes differ in length and diameter depending on the circumstances of the job and the type of concrete being pumped.
How long does it take to empty a concrete truck?
On average, it takes roughly six minutes per yard to unload one of our mobile concrete pump trucks. However, this can all depend on the size of the job.
